David founded P. D. Circuits in 1990. He has been involved in the printed circuit board manufacturing process from start to finish. His leadership and extensive knowledge has created a company that provides customers with a unique and clearly successful model to meet the needs of today's ever changing circuit board market. In addition to his circuit board experience, David's background includes international freight forwarding experience and he holds an MBA in Operations and Entrepreneurship from the F. W. S. C. Lee [Taiwan Operations Manager]
S. C. is responsible for coordinating all aspects of our Taiwan operations. With his Taiwan based team of engineers, inspectors and support staff, S. C. takes advantage of his engineering degree and 25 years of experience in the industry to ensure that P. D. Circuits continues to provide our customers with the highest levels of quality, delivery and service to fill their off shore requirements. A well connected, master negotiator, S. C. has been taking the hassle out of off shore board procurement for our customers for over 16 years.  S. C. and his team also use their years of experience in cables and other custom hardware to provide customers with an added level of support.

Rod Thomas [China Operations Manager]

Rod's 30 years of industry experience in the U. S. and Asia make him the ideal manager for P. D. Circuits, China.  He is particularly strong in the fields of drilling and electrical test, but quite knowledgeable in every aspect of the PCB manufacturing process.  An Oregon native, Rod became a "Shenzhen local" when he moved there permanently in 2002.  During his time in China, he has built strong ties with many of the owners and top managers of PWB fabricating facilities all over China by selling them top end manufacturing and test capital equipment as well as providing process support.  Rod now utilizes his strong personal ties and in depth knowledge of the specific board making capabilities in China to provide our customers with superior support for their PCB requirements.

Dan's 28 years of PCB CAD, CAM and plotting experience provides our customers with an invaluable knowledge base that makes him an engineering asset to all of our customers. Joe Helms [Regional Sales Manager]

Andy D'Agostino [Quote Department Manager]

Andy brings in-depth knowledge of P. D. Circuits' manufacturing partners capabilities to his position.  Since starting with P. D. Circuits in 2001 as a Quote Specialist, Andy has developed an excellent quote team.  Given his strong understanding of P. D. Circuits' processes and critical procurement issues, Andy spent two months helping to set up our China operations.  Andy's experience with our supply base has allowed him, and his team, to obtain preferred pricing and lead times to support our customer's needs.

Randy Houle [Logistics Manager]

Randy brings 18 years of domestic and international warehouse, shipping and receiving experience to the Logistics Manager position.  Randy is an expert in packaging, warehouse equipment and all types of shipping documentation.  He uses his 5S training to manage a clean, well organized warehouse.  Randy and his team do a great job of keeping an orderly, on time, flow of product running through P. D. Circuits and out to our customers.
